Do you know a young person living with a disability?
The Independent Living Center in downtown Troy has programs for youth with disabilities transitioning into adulthood. The center is located at 15-17 Third Street.
Youth Transition Group: This program will include worksite visits, panel discussions, guest speakers, and other activities to assist youths with the transition to college, work, and/or greater independence.
Mentor Program: Youth will be matched with more experienced adults with disabilities to give them the opportunity to ask questions, get advice and prepare for adulthood.
