Salvation Army Bringing Free Produce to Corliss Park

March 15, 2016

The Salvation Army has so generously volunteered to bring free fruits and vegetables to THA sites and will begin at Corliss Park on March 23.
Salvation Army volunteers have already been bringing the free produce to Kane Apartments, Conway Court and the Martin Luther King Apartments. They plan to expand to additional THA sites in the future.
The fruit and veggies are available in the community room of each site from 10 a.m. to noon every Wednesday. Free fruit and veggies are also available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Salvation Army at 410 River Street on Wednesdays.
If residents at Kane, Conway, MLK or Corliss are unable to travel to the community room due to age or disability, please let your asset manager know and arrangements will be made to deliver a bag of produce to you.

Thank you to the Salvation Army for their support and generosity.
