THA WILL BE AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE SECTION 8 MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (SEMAP) CERTIFICATION FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2016 ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2017.
