In order to effectuate Project Based Voucher subsidy for the eight apartments at the SFC Peter M. Guenette Apartments at 6-8 115th St., Troy, NY 12182, the ownership of this property needs to be transferred to an affiliate corporation of the Troy Housing Authority known as the MLK Housing Development Fund Company.  The Board Members of these organizations will be voting to approve this actions through the attached resolutions on Monday, June  5, 2017.  Anyone wishing to make comment is invited to call 518-273-3600 or send an email to info@troyhousing.org.
