What is your Background and How did it all start?

Born and raised in Lansingburgh. Graduated from HVCC. Worked 11 years for the City of Troy and 14 years for THA.

What inspired you to get into your line of work?

Stability, easy access and great pay.

What do you ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR POSITION AT THA?

Enjoys helping people.

What do you want people to know about you?

Passion for horses and racing.

What qualities make a great leader?

Communication skills to be a manager of staff and work with administration. Compassion for residents. Encouragement to staff.

How do you balance projects, work load and supervising staff?

Time management and patience.

What do you look for in hiring future employees?

Organizational skills, communication and ability to multitask.
