SENATORS SCHUMER & GILLIBRAND Announce $1 Million for the Troy Housing Authority to Revitalize Taylor 3&4 Apartment Towers
Funding will go toward the demolition of the old Taylor 3 & 4 apartment towers and site preparation to allow for the development of 250+ units of affordable housing for families and 35,400 square feet of community and commercial space.

July 29, 2021The Troy Housing Authority was recently awarded at least 21 Emergency Housing Vouchers by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Applicants for these unique vouchers must fall into one of these three eligibility tiers:
