John F. Kennedy Towers is a senior citizen housing development that was renovated using low income housing tax credits. Residents must be at least 55 years old. The property consists of 135 spacious one-bedroom apartments, service spaces on the Terrace level (including a community room, library, recreation room, exercise room and laundry). The building is located within a parklike setting, on a major bus route, in the downtown area of the city of Troy.
