Representatives from Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter # 38, Reverend F. A. Kelly Chapter will be at Troy Housing Authority’s Peter M Guenette Apts. to deliver Thanksgiving gifts and meals to you, our Veteran residents, for the services provided to our country. A brief ceremony and photographs will take place in front of the building prior to handing out the gifts/meals to the residents.
