Catherine M. Sweeney Apartments is the smallest family development of the Troy Housing Authority. The site consists of 24 townhome style apartments and a maintenance garage area. There is presently no community space and residents are invited to participate at programs and events at other locations (primarily Phelan Court). The apartments consist of 4 four-bedrooms, 30 three-bedrooms, no two-bedrooms, and 6 one-bedrooms. The site is at the midpoint of a major Capital District Transportation Authority bus route that runs from the northern to southern ends of the City of Troy.
