Attended Catholic High School. Graduated HVCC & Siena with degree in Finance.

What inspired you to get into your line of work?

Interest in math and accounting.

What do you ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR POSITION AT THA?

Enjoys working through complex problems and working with people.

What do you want people to know about you?

Motivated and hardworking, family oriented, always on the go.

What qualities make a great leader?

Ability to communicate, compassion for people, encouragement and patience.

How do you balance projects, work load and supervising staff?

Time management, being well organized, prioritizing your workload.

What do you look for in hiring future employees?

Dedication, communication and ability to multitask, pride in what they do.

If you could meet anyone from the past or present, who would it be? And why?

My Dad, Bill Anslow: He was extremely encouraging, supportive and loving. He loved people, entertaining and being the life of the party with such a big personality. He loved talking to people and of course sports. I truly miss my Dad and his big smile.

A key figure to your professional or personal development / career path – and why?

Deb Witkowski: Is encouraging, she motivates me and pushes me to do my best. I am thankful to her for believing in me.
